ai-findings is run by Laurynas Počiūnas, a sole trader in Lithuania. Buying a finding forms a contract with me on these terms. Contact:info@findings.lt.

What you are buying

A finding is a written guide, sometimes with a video. You buy one at a time, you pay once, and it stays attached to your account for as long as the site runs. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Every finding shows its opening for free, and lists the headings of the part you are paying for, before you pay. Read that first — it is there so you know what you are buying.

What you may do with it

A finding is licensed to you personally. Use what you learn in your own work and in work you do for clients — that is the point of it. You may not republish it, resell it, or share your account so that others can read it.

Price and payment

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Any sales tax that applies is added at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe's page and never reach this site.

Delivery, and your right to cancel

A finding is delivered immediately — the moment payment succeeds, it unlocks in your account.

Because access is immediate, there is no automatic cancellation period. If you are buying from the EU or UK, consumer law would normally give you fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase; that right does not apply to digital content delivered immediately where you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged losing it. By ticking the box at checkout you are asking for immediate access and accepting that.

Wherever you are buying from, the refund promise below still stands, and it is more generous than the law requires.

Refunds

If a finding is not what it claimed to be, or does not work as described, email me and I will refund it. I would rather refund you than have you feel cheated. Refunding removes your access to that finding.

This does not affect your statutory rights if the content is faulty or not as described.

What I do not promise

A finding describes what worked for me, with the tools and versions available when I wrote it. Software changes, and third-party services change their behaviour without asking. I cannot promise a given finding will keep working, that it fits your situation, or that following it produces any particular result.

Nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice.

If the site goes away

If I stop running ai-findings, I will give notice and a way to download what you have bought before access ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
